Background
Huaibei Mining Group purchased Aubema 2327/06-18 crusher in 2006 for its coal separation plant. The crusher got various problems such as low capacity, easy choking when processing wet materials, short life of tooth plates, etc. The production efficiency was seriously affected. The customer tried to solve the problem together with the crusher manufacturer, but had not got satisfactory result. The Plant invited TCC to renovate the crusher in June of 2014.
Engineering Targets include
Increasing production capacity without changing the main structure.
Improving the adaptability to wet and sticky materials and avoiding choke and teeth pasting.
Increasing the crush capability and solving problems like jam and blocking.
Renovation Result
The renovation greatly improves the performance of the crusher in production capacity, life of tooth plates, crushing strength and adaptability to wet and sticky materials. The result was considered to be very satisfactory.
