Background
One Coal Mine Group have 10Mt/a coal separation plant, chose PCC SR5030 coal crusher which started to give frequent troubles like tooth-plate fall off and fracture soon after started up, and seriously disturbed production. No good result were achieved even after quite several services from the manufacturer until TCC to renovate and improve the crushing tooth plates.
Problems to be sloved
Fall-off of tooth plates: bolting improvement to avoid loosening.
Tooth plate fracture :Tooth plates shall not fracture within services lift.
